1. Complete cleaning after every use

The integrated self-cleaning system—developed and assembled at our Boisbriand facility—includes:

  • Bowl washing
  • Antibacterial disinfection
  • Seat drying with warm air
  • Automatic, touch-free flushing
  • Automatic door locking during the cleaning cycle

Every user enters a clean restroom.

2. Floor washing programmed based on usage

Every 10 or 15 uses (adjustable based on needs), a full floor-washing cycle is triggered:

  • Stainless steel wash nozzles
  • Controlled dispensing of BLU Clean product
  • Water evacuation through a floor drain
  • Floor drying through radiant heat (heated floor slab)

Maintenance teams no longer need to “chase cleanliness.”

3. Remote monitoring: a game changer for municipal teams

The building is fully connected:

  • User count tracking
  • Email alerts for low paper, soap, or BLU Clean product levels
  • Alerts if a user exceeds the maximum occupancy time
  • Alerts for abnormal temperatures
  • Full monitoring via a web-based platform

4. Enhanced safety

The system ensures:

  • Automatic door unlocking after 20 minutes (with audio warning)
  • LED lighting activated only during use
  • Clear exterior indicators (available, occupied, cleaning, closed)
